TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOKENIZZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tokenizz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Enterprise clients may be subject to additional terms and conditions as specified in their service agreements. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an enterprise service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.
